FLUÈRE (pronounced: Flew-air) is a distilled spirit just like gin, rum or mezcal you're familiar with. We just distil our non-alcoholic spirit a little more gently.
Our state of the art hydrosteam process uses copper pot distillation to gently open up botanicals and break down cell walls to release aroma and flavour compounds at very low ABV.

FLUÈRE draws inspiration from both the Roman Empire and the ancient wisdom gathered from the myriad of people and cultures they reached. As Roman legions traveled, they experimented with herbs, spices and botanicals from distant lands embracing local knowledge of plants to maintain health and wellbeing.
In keeping with the Roman inspiriation for our brand, the word FLUÈRE is Latin for ‘Flow’ or ‘Flowing’. This connects the brand to the flow of nature and our delicate balance of botanical ingredients.
Pleasant spiced taste and very good in a ‘rum and coke’
I really enjoy adding this spiced non-alcoholic rum to some fruity, fizzy drinks. One drink I can't get enough of lately is to mix about 2 shots of sour cherry juice (unsweetened) with a shot of Fluere rum, and top with fizzy water. Sometimes I use other fruits, like pear juice works really well, too.
